Dear Event Host,  

We really appreciate you considering our Event Halls for your upcoming special day. Please fill this form and schedule a tour along with meeting with Banquet Manager.  

Booking our Event Halls we  require a signed contract with Banquet Manager and down-payment to hold the date. We prefer payments in cash or check. Credit Card Payments are subject to 5% processing fees.
